Hope Exchange Program
August (TBA), 2014

Three different agencies have partnered together for this exciting trip! We are looking for Texas families who are willing to open their hearts to an older child from Colombia.  Prospective parents are invited to travel to Colombia summer 2014 for the opportunity for prospective parents to meet healthy boys and girls ranging in age from 7 to 14 years who can’t wait to spend time with a loving family.

The July 2014 trip is geared toward families with children ages 13 to 25 years old, and is designed to provide a nurturing introduction to the child's birth country. Participants experience Colombia's rich culture, spend time visiting with the children and staff of an orphanage, and give of yourself the gift of time. What an exciting opportunity to brighten the life of a child living in an orphanage, and experience the  culture first hand!

We are a not-for-profit, licensed adoption agency with headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.  For more than 125 years Gladney has been a pioneer and leading voice for improving the lives of children, adoptive families and birth parents. With unwavering commitment, through good economic times and bad, we have focused on our mission and made a difference in the lives of birth parents, families and children here and around the world. In all we do, Gladney is committed to creating bright futures around the world.

Several years ago, God began drawing families from Texas to Colombia through adoptions and mission trips to minister to the children in the orphanages. More trips  ensued, more orphanages were visited, and more families were introduced to and gave their hearts to the children there. Crusaders for the Fatherless, located in Blanket, Texas, strives to reflect God's heart by bringing about awareness to both the plight of orphans and our Biblical responsibility as Christians to care for them. Our mission is to reflect the heart of God and strive to transform the lives of orphans by providing relief and comfort to them through Christ-centered Mission Trips, Padrino Program, and Adoption Awareness.
